Ingredients:

1, 15-1/2-ounce canned white beans, low in sodium if possible

10 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed

1 Cup coconut milk, unsweetened

1C almond milk, unsweetened

1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
Himalayan salt

Black pepper to taste
Directions:

Purée beans and broccoli with milk in a blender.

Add mixture to a large soup pot or microwaveable container along with the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil on top of the stove or in the microwave.
